Tonya Perkins serves as a Strategic Account Manager at Redblue, where she leverages her two decades of HVAC industry expertise. Tonya specializes in building lasting client relationships and is dedicated to providing exceptional service that turns first-time customers into lifelong partners. 

Her deep knowledge of HVAC solutions and commitment to client success make her a trusted resource in the field.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her children, attending live concerts, and reading.

Carie specializes in high-stakes account management, drawing on her experience in the industrial manufacturing and paper industries to deliver reliable, detail-oriented service.

As a former university professor of 25 years, she excels at translating complex needs into actionable solutions—a talent that makes her a powerful advocate for Redblue’s clients. Whether she is coordinating between sales and service or building foundational trust with a new account, Carie’s goal is total client confidence.

Since moving to South Carolina with her husband and son in 2017, Carie enjoys being outdoors, and is usually accompanied by her dog, Maxie Boy.

Will Cater is the Director of Business Development for Redblue, serving the Upstate region. He joined Redblue in September 2023 and has enjoyed connecting with facility managers across the 864 area.

Will moved to Spartanburg in 2015 and earned his B.S. in Marketing from USC Upstate (Go Tigers!) in 2018. With a strong background in sales and marketing, he brings experience in insurance, restoration and now HVAC. Will is passionate about helping facility managers find solutions that not only meet the needs of their plant but also make their jobs easier.

Outside of work, Will enjoys life with his beautiful wife and two amazing kids. Together, they run a small business, travel often and make lasting memories with family and friends.

As Director of Business Development, Tim Millman is dedicated to helping clients across the Charlotte region find smart, reliable solutions for their mechanical service needs. He brings a passion for building long-term relationships grounded in trust and communication — values that drive Redblue’s commitment to outstanding service.

Tim loves living in the Charlotte area, and you can usually find him hiking, biking, boating or hitting the pickleball courts. Tim also cherishes long walks with his wife, Ronda, and their big dog, Rocky.

Since joining Redblue, Chelsea has been key in driving financial planning, analysis, leadership initiatives,
and process improvements across the organization.
With a professional journey that began in the oil & gas industry, Chelsea has provided accounting and financial services for a diverse client base, including healthcare, bistros, contractor firms and agriculture companies. This wide-ranging experience has shaped
her ability to adapt to varied business models and deliver strategic insights while managing business risk.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is actively working toward CPA certification. She is passionate about solving complex problems and turning financial data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and long-term
growth.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her
family—activities that give her balance and inspiration.
