The weather was just about perfect and the scores were impressive. Two teams recorded a 53 with the team from Wireless Communications Inc. coming out on top after 8 stages of tie-breaking criteria, setting the stage for a heated 2015 rematch for certain.
Thanks to all of the Redblue clients who were and weren’t able to join us. We are very appreciative of the continued trust you put in Redblue and do not take that responsibility lightly. We look forward to hosting you at events like this for years to come.
Redblue, the Charlotte, NC-based HVAC provider you’ve known and loved since 1993, is proud to announce an expansion. Seeing a synergy with HVAC improvements and lighting upgrades, Redblue recently joined the Net Zero USA network to offer energy efficient lighting upgrades in the metro-Charlotte area.
“Proper heating and cooling is critical to your business and our job is to not only keep HVAC systems running, but to reduce energy and repair costs,” said Tim Donoghue, VP of Redblue Commercial Lighting.
“In a commercial setting, lighting can represent as much as 40% of total energy costs for a business. With energy efficient LED and T5 lighting upgrades, you can reduce lighting costs by as much as 79%, while providing better, more-natural light. And with less wattage being pushed out of each fixture, thanks to the energy efficient lighting, there is less heat which means less strain on HVAC units,” Donoghue added.
Best of all, these savings can be achieved using the existing light fixture, saving a substantial amount of money on fixture cost replacement. As the head of Net Zero USA of Charlotte, North Carolina, Tim and his team can show your Charlotte-based business how quick and easy it is to save with commercial LED and T5 lighting for T12/T8 fluorescent light fixture conversions.

As of July 1, 2010 the U.S. Department of Energy Mandate states that that ballasts used in many T12 fixtures will no longer be produced for commercial and industrial applications. This includes Charlotte, NC, Spartanburg, SC and throughout the Carolinas. In addition, many T 12 lamps will be phased out of production beginning July 2012.
Now is the time to retrofit your T12 Fixtures with the most energy-efficient technology!
